Fleet Command

This was meant to be a smaller ship than it is, but is still quite agile for a CV. I don't usually run all the guns on it, I prefer to use it more as a SV shuttle, and mobile command point. The artilary turret can be removed to allow room for most SVs to land/dock.

With everything shown energy stats are:
1% Idle in space 22 hours
9% Flight in space 193 minutes
60% Flight in atmosphere 30 minutes
1% Idle landed, engines off 22 hours
