***THIS REQUIRES JAX'S CAR MOD TO FUNCTION CORRECTLY***
***IF YOU CHANGE THE MAYOR TEAM, THIS MAY NOT WORK CORRECTLY***

Speed limit mod created for darkrp

to change speed limit: be mayor and type "/changespeedlimit <number>"

0 defaults to no speed limit

console commands:
jspd_defaultspeed - default speed limit (default: 25)
jspd_setwanted - sets whether a player is automatically set as wanted when clocked going above the speed limit (default: 0)

lua function for use -
GetSpeedLimit() - returns current speed limit
SetSpeedLimit( amt ) - sets speed limit to amt
