Neuroshima Hex - English translation

Description
English translation for the version avalible in the workshop (the one made by Bartosh).
The instructiosn are for 3.0, but the art on the tokens is from 2.5.

OK, cool to be able to play with the 2.0 graphics again. Any plans on adding Mephisto & Uranopolis? Had difficulties getting the board the way I wanted it. Was going for a Top-Down view, the board zoomed in & in the middle of the screen. Couldn't make all those match (?). Also - I couldn't remove the reflection off the tiles.
