Beach Access Sign by napiercpt

A useful city sign for the end of the road and beginning of the path to the beach. An old surfer dude normally inhabits the bench renting out the surfboards, but he's taking advantage of the offshore wind at the moment so you'll have to wait until the waves become shore break. I have included a bicycle stand and trash can, because we all hate to find last night's sundowner empties when we get there the next day.

The sign prop I found on the workshop and it needed an asset, particularly for those of us who do not use the "More Beautification" mod. This can be found under parks. It attaches to the road along the front side and can have a path extended from the back left towards the beach.
