Other than the water problems, the map looks pretty good!

Huge problem with this map: The waterflow is all screwed up and going everywhere, same rivers going up and down stream. I suggest taking a look at it. I'm sure that can't be good for sewege and stuff.

And person below me, probably snowfall only map, but you're free to try it anyways and find out!
