The Microstates! An entire country within a Cities Skylines map!

We'll be counting the Special Administrative Regions of Macao and Hong Kong as a part of this list, particularly since their city styles are of great interest to us! Technically speaking, they are supposedly micro nations, but that's irrelevant to a city builder game :D Moar city! Less politics!

Vatican City will probably not be made (it's only a few blocks!). Andorra is a little too large. Other than that, let's start our journey!

PUBLISHED:
1. San Marino

FINISHED, IN PREPARATION FOR PUBLISHING
2. Monaco (with beatiful new South of France Terrain Theme, developed with TPB's Terrain Theme Creator, must be converted to the Map Theme Creator to be published with Snowfall)

3. Liechtenstein Was finished as a partial snow map (sand as snow pack) and almost released. Will make conversion to Snowfall theme after Snowfall release. Summer version in European can be produced if people would like a summer version.
