Confusingly it's not a ferry terminal, as the title strongly suggests :P
Shame :(
Sorry for leaving this part off --
Then, depending on which works better for you, use either "Service Vehicle Selector 2.2.1" ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=519691655 ) or "Service Vehicle Selector 2 (r3.1.0)" ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=934994075 ) to individually set which ships can be spawned at each of the Small Ferry Terminals you place.
Also, in case you haven't seen it, you van use "Ship Line Tool 1.1" ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=639833119 ) to draw the ferry lines between instances of the Small Ferry Terminals (and normal passenger harbors)
The "Local-Only Transport Stations" mod ( https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=638786709 ), which adds an "Allow Intercity Traffic" button to passenger harbors and airports, will help limit cruise ships docking at the Small Ferry Terminal.
