Era 1 Boats

Description
Just a small change to reduce the tech era of boats for faster exploration and expansion in non-pangea type games. I personally have always been frustrated when I find myself with little / weak expansion possibilities, surrounded by the ocean, and being forced to wait until Tech Era II to have to remedy the situation. So, this mod is a pretty simple solution to discovering your need to cross the sea early on. And it's slightly less punishing if you find out you need boats later in the game!

This mod should work fine with any other mods you might be running unless said mods are adding a technology in the spot I have the boat technology located.

I found a bug: When playing Morgawr, the new Boat tech is on the same position as their era 1 faction tech.

@monkey in a rage i think a weaker version of boats would be really cool but unfortunately the way the game's files are set up won't allow me to add a new army size modifier specifically for units (or if they did, it'd be way beyond what I'm capable of). The alternative would be to give boats a reduced movement capacity, which might be possible, but i haven't played around with movement capacities all that much so I couldn't say yet if it was doable or not.

I have an idea. Instead of just moving the boats to era 1, you could have a new tech (in era 1) that adds smaller boats that would have a lower capacity.
Like, with the vanilla boats, the army just steps out into the water, but with this tech, only armies that are small (say, less than 3 units) can get out on the water, and then the vanilla boat's tech would override it.
I can imagine that it would be rather difficult to make though, so i'm not expecting anything.

Could you make a mod like this but with the technology that allows alliances? I'v tried and i cant seem to get it (my mod) to work.

Personally I see it as a challenge to deal with a limited world just like the pre-discovery americans, afroeurasians, and maybe even oceanians did... I really need to study oceanian history. The actual limit imposed some interesting possibilities for thought and later reallization, and could post interesting scenarios for the story of many aurigas. Just giving food for thought. I don't want to dash your opinion, just offer a reason for the other side.
