Note
On all of these roads, Off-Ramps come before On-Ramps. That's why this intersection should -- theoretically -- not be susceptible to even the slightest kind of traffic jam. I know it's ugly, but it's functional (or should be).

For best efficiency, I recommend to connect to your town roads as shown in the 5th screenshot.
