Description
In the future, there is only war...

The galaxy has broken out in flames. The Emperor's vision of a unified imperium lies shattered, tarnished forever by sins of sons once held dear. The grand fleets and legions of the great crusade are split in two and set upon each other, brother against brother, loyalist against traitor.

Sanguinius, primarch of the Blood Angels legion space marines, leads his loyalist sons against those they once called brothers in a vicious struggle to turn the tide of the Horus Heresy. His flagship, the Red Tear, was destroyed on the planet Sigma Prime after the legion was lured there by the forces of chaos. The flagship is available in this mod, however...

I bring you my first mod faction, the Blood Angels legion of the legiones astartes; a.k.a. space marines. The astartes essentially kick unholy butt sporting powerful, but expensive, weapons and strong armour. They wipe the floor with the terrans, and rightly so; such imperial gaurd types are no match for a space marine. This mod was made via the Web Development Kit, which has been instrumental in producing the blocks and in learning the .lua syntax used in this game; http://atg.lychnobi.com/ttftcuts/rwdk/

This is a powerful faction and plays like a boss faction to fight against. I would definitely recommend upgrading to hard mode when playing as them;

It is supposed to be a tough faction though and has a large array of weapons because I kinda got carried away;
- There are currently 23 weapons, some are size variants such as the three plasma cannons, and these range across lasers, drones, plasma cannons, missiles and an anti-matter cannon. Also, of course, a Bolter Turret!
- The whirlwind missile launcher is armed with four fast loading missiles; small unshielded ships beware!
- Turrets can be boosted with the booster cell to enhance their stats for extra power drain.
- There's a supercontinuum laser! Effectively this is representative of the 40k lance cannons but I hate charging weapons so made it a sustained beam.
- Ubiquitous melta weapons! Short ranged but powerful blasts of superheated matter destroy unshielded armour very quickly.
- My railgun's a proper railgun; fast and lethal. Fires 2 rounds per second at high speed.
- HVX missiles are fun; large high explosive missiles designed for fast delivery.
- The anti-matter cannon is very powerful but costly, firing a slow but large burst of anti-matter which annihilates its target in a large explosion. Shields can hold the blast back, but direct hull strikes are deadly. Can fire once every 10 seconds and is therefore best keybinding onto your right mouse click
- Now includes (as of 25/02/16) the cyclonic warhead launcher superweapon; this fires a short ranged capsule that launches several tactical nukes at a target for those wishing to commit galactic genocide.

The ships are loose renditions of space marine ships from Warmhammer 40k, but obviously quite loose with much artistic licence. There are currently 18 ships and several variations in weapon loadout for some of them;
- Stormraven = 300P (starter, light transport)
- Thunderhawk ~ 1300P (heavy troop transport/gunship)
- Maelstrom Falcon ~ 1100P (made that one up)
- Fire Raptor ~ 1100P (heavy gunship)
- Storm Bird ~ 1900P (gunship/dropship)
- Strike Crusier ~ 4000P (standard battle escort for larger ships, like "Battle Barges")
- Whirlwind ~1000P (it's a tank in warhammer, here it's a missile ship)
- Sanguine Tear ~ 8000P (a specific Battle Barge)
- Europae ~ 14000P (a specific Battle Barge)
- Red Tear ~ 20000P! (primarch Sanguinius' flagship, technically a Gloriana class battleship)
- And many more!

As mentioned it is best in hard mode and if you want to use the Red Tear you'll have to increase your P limit via the cvars file (put it to 25000P or more). Check the guides section if your not sure how, the following is a good start; http://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=416847388

As for the ships, the game gives you a few templates to begin with but you must copy templates from ships you encounter to fill out the fleet screen using command mode. Once you have the necessary upgrades these can then be used.

The blood angels tears and the building growth system have been an issue since the inception of this mod. It works for some people, but not for others. The only way to fix this for those some people has been discussed in this thread, repeated here for your convenience;

"My hunch is that if you try running the mod local it will sort itself out. Find the mod in your steam folder under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\workshop\content, you'll have to sift through meaningless folder designations. Copy the contents of the mod folder to the following directory;

C:\Users\USER NAME\Saved Games\Reassembly\mods\Blood Angels"

This should work and I'm not sure why. It was hard to get the building spawning to work for myself and once I did I've been reluctant to fiddle with it much...

How do the blood angel tears work, I deploy them but they don't do anything

some of the ships are missing, do you have to unlock all of the parts first?
