Battery Pack mod

This mod adds a capacitor fed electric prod. The capacitor fed electric prod is different from the base electric prod (You can build either one). It allows you to use capacitors instead of having to repair the prod every time.

Note: It wil consume the capacitor on primary fire regardless of impact. Be sure of your swing! It does not fire underwater. Range of swing has been extended. You can use the weapon to do a standard uncharged melee, even if you are out of ammo, or just want to poke something with it. The uncharged melee hits as hard as a regular weapon melee.

This mod is not meant for stock servers or near stock servers. The engrams are up to level 100 at the highest point. The capacitors are quite heavy too, to prevent overuse. (10 weight each)
