WIP working motorized car (Completely VANNILA!!)

Has known issues such as:
>throtling to hard flips it over
>Not easy to use
>Is a work in progress
How to use:
1. subscribe and spawn in
2. look for handle to Rope Motor.(A rope axel attached to the wheel)
3. get in front of the wall
4. tap T on it gently multiple times or u wil flip over(the valve thing)
5. If u do flip over get back on and you should be moving.
Any issues (other than fliping over) and you should comment because, like I said, this is a WIP.
