The walls are too thin and the land too flat. B'n'L is a destruction game, which means 1 block wide walls will fall too easily and expose the nest inside. You also need to consider that the players will cut most of the building, which will leave a large flat area. You also need to constrict the access to a teams side. There is too much area along side the first cube, which players can use to nest. It should only be 1 main path, with a few extra side paths. (look at Blockdocks)

The ground and walls are too flat and stale. The buildings are too "blockish" and boring. You need to stop making simple shapes and start making more complex ones. Creating pillars on the edges or extruding the floors of the building or making the roof stand out... Don't be afraid to use more materials and more colors, to make the roads less monotonous.
