Improved Derkeethus

Description
Derkeethus is the only argonian follower and this mod aims to help him keep up with the dragonborn as his loyal follower.

This mod changes:
his level cap from 30 to 500.
he is changed to essential.
he does not hinder stealth.

No, i've made mods back in 2013 but didn't upload them as they were my personal mods (but they aren't really complex mods just simple tweaks and follower mods). level 500 is just a leeway. lol

Great job, I've always somewhat enjoyed Derkeethus. I haven't the nearest idea how to get to level 500, but congratulations anyway, is this your first mod?
