Description
Ring lets you carry like 10000379 and you get it when you pick it up form just behind the talos shrine in whiterun or you can get the one on the ground at the word wall at Throat of the world

just played this first time in yonks and its still on wall behind shine of telos in whiterun... just to the left.. might be conflicts

Sadly the ring doesn't show up where it's supposed to anymore. Pity, since this was definitely one of my favourite carry weight altering mods.
