Neon's U-Turnabout by Neon

All tree's are vanilla and no DLC required.

Tested on one of my own cities and works very well, kept traffic out of my suburb areas and junctions outside of town.

Will clog up with high traffic flow so it is suggested to find other methods to fix your traffic problems.
