Diplomacy TTS Edition

Description
A reskin of the classic negotiation and backstabbing game Diplomacy, with the nations colors (Specifically England and Russia) changed to fit with the assigned TTS player colors.

Orders cards are in the bag, shake the bag to shuffle for random nation selection, and then use the bag to place orders once they're finalized.

Uses Custom Models from my Axis & Allies set, credit to Gamma 013 for the models.

For more managable playtimes, enforce the turn limits strictly, and end the game at 1908 if nobody has achieved 18 SCs, instead whoever has the most wins. This is how many tournaments do it, and should keep the game to 4-5 hours tops.

Some assets fail to load consistently. They must be the armies and fleet tokens because there are no army or fleet tokens in this version, which is a shame. There is a great year and season tracker, and a clock, but no notes and army tokens make this not the best version. There are coastal abbreviations. Some provinces have abbreviations, but its only about 20%. Would be okay for new players if the tokens were there.
