Description
Fm 16 match engine works better when you have 2 midfielders working close together. Having a DM doesn't give a balanced shape. So I put the Dm to Central Mid as BWM. 2 Inside Fw in support duty to Complete FW. 2 Roaming PM are key to create chances. If you want more posession and defensive stability,then change the RM to AP support and BWM to DLP defend


Get the tactic to fluid as soon as possible. get more friendly matches. get to counter attacking when you are not favourites. training opp talks leave it to assitant 4-3-3 or 4-3-2-1. Buy some athletic players for consistant result. Dont change the corner instructions for better results. Do subscribe and share the results.

Suitable for midtable and top of the table.

Awesome! The base for my tactic! Very nice!

Don't expect to win from the first game. After playing it 2-3 matches, the players will start playing as they really should with this awesome tactic.

I normally like making my own tactics when it comes to FM, but i will say this, this tactic works a treat with a lower club like aston villa, i managed to sign 1 decent winger and i finished 5th including beating man city 3-1, and consided only 35 goals all season (which i should imagine is good for a villa team so i say very very good tactic

love the style of this an want it to work but each time im struggling and im unsure why? theyve not been very successful with 3 different teams in different league german italian and engish

Any opposition Instructions? Team Talks? Individual and Team training? What of these do you use as these are important too?

When playing a top team like Man u, the opposition will like to play counter attacking or flat 4-4-2. that time you should play counter. no other changes to team instructions.

Tried this with Man United. After 3 games, 1 draw 2 losses against lower table opponents and conceded 8 goals. Back to 4-4-2 for me.
