Shell Shock "Half Broken"

Description
Adds blur and a screech sound when an explosion hits you for more realistic roleplay.

Feature to turn off script from ingame: ShellShock_Toggle 0 for off and ShellShock_Toggle 1 for on.

Fixed error: [Shell Shock] lua/autorun/client/shell_client.lua:75: attempt to index global 'shock_sound' (a nil value)
Added feature to turn off sound. Goto shell_client. On the first line you will see shocksounds = true, Turn that to false to disable.
Fixed speed (It used to set you to sandbox speed. Now it sets you to whatever gamemode your usings default speed).

Works good but it activates when I run into a prop too hard or get hit with something, idk why.

to answer on the 15 fps question there, it's an old mod based on an even older game which is usually very unoptimized and would require a complete rewrite to make it work better. And that's where S&Box comes into play.

Found it. The line that he removed is almost at the bottom, about "Mouse Sensitivity" or something like that. If you remove that, your Zoom Sensitivity should go back to normal. It also messes with TFA scopes, so yeah. It won't make your aim slower on explosions though, so there's that.
