Ported directly from Funcom's "The Park"

Contains:
- FPS Arms
- Incap HUD images
- Lobby Images
- Glowing Eyes
- Boomer Biled Texture
- Jiggleboned Tail

Since this was the result of my first result attempt at porting from Unreal engine 4 and porting from scratch so excuse the bad rigging especially on the fingers (just pretend it's because it's a giant mascot suit and they're rather cumbersome)
