If they're reskins for the default M1911 model from vanilla Insurgency, then yes they will absolutely work!

Lol this is a bit of an old thread, but uh do the reanimation mods work with gun skins? Or do they have to be separate to work?

-The Security side get the M45, which is a newer model of the M1911 platform. It has its own model in the game; I actually did that too if you want it:
