The Spire

Description
The Spire is a newly built Garrison made by the Empire, after an immeasurable amount of wealth was found in this location. The Emperors greed has got the best of him. He is hoarding all the gold he can collect in his "hidden" treasure room. The Spire also doubles as a training facility for the empire's Templar and Sorcerers. It was designed to be impregnable, good thing they haven't finished yet.
