Worst prison ever. (GULAG MOD)

Description
This is by far, the worst prison I have made. It doesnt even have any profit, heavily supported by mods.
No regulated areas at all.
Too many guards.
More solitary cages than prisoners.
Supposed to be max sec but it gets more contraband than all my other prisons.
Although if you want to try it, go ahead.
Stalin gave this prison a 6/10.
