In the Future i it will be a update soon..? and i am using Cities XL Tool Suite Not The Cities XXL
Tool Suite i don't think i can able support custom skybox like The Blue Hour Mod...?

Looks like it needs a custom skybox (The Blue Hour), the McDonald's restaurant building, and the Staples Office Supply building. After that, who knows?
