Love your buildings but zoning is a problem. when I have height restriction in commercial areas they still pop up. so I have to unsubscribe.

I'm always happy to see more level 2 assets, the majority of custom assets are at the highest levels! I do see the other commenters' point though, maybe this particular building is a tad tall for level 2. Oh well no biggie if you ask me!

Great building, but I agree on the level, should be 3.

Your buildings are very nice, but I agree with the others. All skyscrapers should be max level so they conform to the style of the in game buildings and also respect the high rise ban policy.

@sacha No, using building themes won't solve the problem. This will still be a L2, and it would still stick out.

Again RTG, I love your buildings because they look fantastic -- this one is no different. But some of these are zoned in ways I don't think most people will agree with. And for that reason, after trying this in-game myself, I must unsubscribe. Like StringerMarcus says, it sticks out very blatantly. Do what you like as it is your creation of course, but I hope you at least understand this does not fit in with most high residential L2 buildings.

This building (like your last high residential upload) would look far nicer in a higher level of tourism as a hotel imo.

That's what I do, I put a highrise ban on districts where I don't want tall buildings, but if it is a L2, this will still grow there and it will stick out like a sore thumb (but it's a very pretty building I want to repeat!)...

And the thing is, when it is such a nice building, I want it to stay in my city, and if it is an L2, unless it is in a district with a highrise ban, it will eventually be upgraded to L3 and disappear! : (

No i'm glad its L2. Use building themes if you dont want tall buildings. Good work

Great building! But why is it L2 instead of L3?
