Quattro Tarmac Setup

Description
*If you're not using ABS, lower the brake pressure.*

Full on attack mode of Quattro S1. Balanced out so that the understeer won't hit you suddenly and the oversteer is easily managable if you're controlling the throttle well. Gears adjusted to reach the top speed in few places. If you find it too high, adjust with final ratio. Gears are set higher to make the launch easier and the 1st gear be the "hairpin mode", so you have power and enough top speed on it to get good speed through the hairpin.

Personal best is 8:15.446 with a gamepad so far, so there's definitely something right about this.

How to use it:
- this setup provides massive traction which allows you to turn in hard, opposite lock often required for the hardest turns (the ones taken on 3rd gear). Lowering the degree of rotation on a steering wheel from anything higher than 270 should help.
- maintaing the traction in front wheels is vital, therefore DO NOT brake late for high speed corners, as the tires need a moment to regain the traction from braking while still maintaining the benefit of grip from weight shifted to the front.
- Throttle should be used as means to adjust how hard the car is cornering in. As long as you have traction in front wheels, you can benefit from half throttle in corners greatly. If you notice understeer, only handbrake will save you, as in that situation the rear is outgripping the front and letting of the throttle will only reduce the traction in front wheels due to opening the front differential on deacceleration phase.
- Oversteer is always there but it's easy to manage as long as you keep it small and don't let it run wild. Keep extra caution on hard braking though.
- Corners that require you to go below 3rd gear are best taken with a handbrake drift. Aside from obvious hairpins, there are 4 corners that require this method. All of them are in the forest part of the Sector 2. First is a right just after the hairpin near the start of sectore 2, second is in a double uphill right corner (which is light right at the start and throws to the outside only to tightens in the actual handbrake part), third is a long left hairpin almost immediately after the second one and fourth one is a tight left between the two last hairpins in the forest, right before the chicane (a light left leads to it).
- Don't be afraid of the oversteer on braking as it can help getting into corners.
