Trygon Class - Assault Corvette

The Trygon Class is built for a tournament hosted by the „Universal Vanity“ Steam group. The tournament has some, but not too many strict, rules, which limit the weapons, overall ship size and available mods.

It is equipped with 3 Gemini turrets, 2 Ravager rocket launchers aswell as 8 standard rocket launchers. It is completely surrounded by light armor which keeps the overall mass of the ship reasonably low, allowing it to accelerate quite quickly.

The interior is very compact, as the placement of the industrial thrusters did not leave much room for the required cryo room, briefing room, medical room and of course the crew. Still I managed to fit everything in and keep the interior reasonably safe and comfortable. Due to the low height of the ship it has only one deck, which houses:

- Main Bridge
- Weapon control room
- Airlock
- CIC / Briefing room
- 2 Reactor rooms
- 2 Utility rooms
- Medbay
- Toilet with shower
- Cryo room
- Crew quarters (12 Beds)
- Entertainment room
- Captain's private room

Oxygen is supplied to all rooms and air vents are scattered around the ship. Like the Ascia, the Trygon is not supposed to be piloted from the main bridge, but rather from the CIC in combat, because the bridge could be destroyed easily with a simple ramming attack.
