(UPDATED) Scotia Plaza [RICO]

Scotia Plaza is a large office tower located in Toronto Ontario, Canada. Completed in 1988 it is the second tallest office tower in Canada and Toronto standing at 68 floors with 6 basements. The building itself is covered in Red Napoleon Granite. The building is unique in that it is home to Canada's only Gold Bullion Vault in one of its basements. It is the world Headquarters of the "Bank of Nova Scotia".

UPDATE: I have updated the textures to remove that nasty artifact ring that appears around the windows. While you may still notice a small amount of artifacting, said artifacts no longer glow. As well I have updated the building to be RICO compatible.

UPDATE 2: Fixed texture so windows should look square (anything beyond this lies soley on the game). Also added custom LOD.

RICO: With the RICO mod this building acts as a Level 3 Office. If using this building with RICO make sure it is placed in an area that has enough services to support a Level 3 Office. If you are not using the RICO mod than this asset will act as a standard unique building.

The "Ploppable RICO" mod is ONLY needed if you want to use this building as an office. If you only want it as a unique building than you do not need it.
