Well, that's good for you. Honestly, I mostly built it for personal use. Let me tell you, it wasn't easy to make. I had never really built a "machine" before and I haven't since. Very cool that you built your own. Would I be able to see it at all?

As for locomotives, I don't know anything.

reason i wanted a gallow is i am working on some l4d2 and garry's mod campaigns based on the wild west it will be alot like fof but with way more detail and better graphics and textures
also was wonder if you know a good place i can download a good garry's mod or source model of an old 1858 locomotive with all the cars

Okay, here's what you gotta do. First you need to position a ragdoll and freeze it on the podium. Then create a rope between the back of it's neck and the top. Then you weld it's torso to any part of the gallows. Then you weld the trapdoor flaps together so that they are closed. Finally, unfreeze the ragdoll so that it will drop when you undo the weld. If you set this all up right, if you the Z undo button twice real fast, the trapdoor will open and the ragdoll will drop. Does this help?
