Small Intersection by Steffion

Description
Use this to connect a highway to an avenue. Very useful if used correctly. Created this with the 'HOW TO TRAFFIC' tutorial in mind.

It seems to bug sometimes, the way to be able to connect it is, remove one side and then connect the whole highway. I wanted to make the intersection small as possible but it does make problems ;/
