Description
Commerce Court West is a 57 story office tower located in Toronto Ontario Canada. It is the world headquarters of the "Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce" (CIBC) as well as many other companies. The building is part of the "Commerce Court" office block which is made up of 4 buildings.

UPDATE: Brand new diffuse, Specular, and Light textures, added custom LOD, and made RICO Compatible

RICO: With the RICO mod you can use this tower as a Level 3 Office Tower. However if you only wish to use this as a landmark than you will not need to mod.

Upkeep: 10,000

I have been using Cities for a while, but only just discovered this workshop. What does the RICO mean? Does that mean it can grow on its own? Or do I need another mod in order to turn it into an office/commercial/etc rather than just a landmark?

This tower does not suit my project but I had to stop and tell how much of a fantastic job you did on the updated version. Two thumbs up. :)
