Description
Background Story:
Reporter: Over Crowding in our Prisons, do you think it's a serious issue Mr Periwinkle?

Warden R.W.P: Well now I wouldn't know a lot about that, I was just a humble sapper in the war. But what I DO know is that my dogs will sniff out any and all attempts to dig out of these walls, Sirrah!

Reporter: But Warden, Don't you think that the issue of the over crowding is a more pressing concern? These men are not dangerous, they're here because they made stupid mistakes, not because they're a danger to society, I highly doubt escape is foremost in their minds. Surely they just want some Privacy.

Warden R.W.P: These men are definitely concerned with escape, There is no over crowding here, I think it's time you left my prison.

The Sound of Viscious dogs barking echoes across the still afternoon as the reporter is escorted off the grounds.

Non RP Stuff
This prison started out as a strange expirment with different things, It's my third attempt at a prison, excluding the campaign ones. I was intending to have a cell block for each security level, slowly expanding the prison to make room. Due to not having infinite funds turned on, I was left short a few times, which led to the change of plans, the prison was transformed into what you see before you.

Over crowded, understaffed. This prison is so close to falling apart it's rediculous, the canteens are struggling to provide enough food, the delivery trucks are backed up to the nines and the prisoners are crammed into holding cells like sardines, sleeping on what is essentially one giant bed. Sure there are some private cells, but not enough for the capacity. Unless you're in the medium security wing.

Medium security was moved into the old protective custody wing, they're living the high life with spacious, well furnished cells, their own personal canteen and showers.
(The upside to this immense overcrowding is that the prison has gone from a money sink to an incredibly profitable machine, last valuation was around $550,000 for selling, daily flow of over $16,000. But it's coming at the sacrifice of the prisoners privacy.

What will you choose?
Will you side with the warden, continuing to cram prisoners into smaller gaps in the name of profit? His dogs will definitely help you to sniff out any tunnels (I've found so many tunnels in my save it's just rediculous.) Or will you side with the press? Using the large sum of money and immense cash flow to expand the map and extend the prison, in the name of making your prisoners more comfortable.

Or perhaps, you're a trouble maker, looking to get your kicks by breaking out of the place. You'll start in a nice cell for sure, living it up in the spacious medium security wing, but much of the prison will be locked off as it is for minimum security.

OH, and the Warden is a bit tight on security, watch out for the armed guards, they're stressed and overworked, so they've got hair triggers, the warden is also obsessed with dogs, so expect to see a lot of them hampering your attempts to escape.

Ps; Woe is ye who dares to destroy enough things to be bumped to Maximum security. (I found an issue with the prison in that the guards kept putting me back in my cell, which was designated for medium security, meaning I'd instantly be knocked out and brought back there, only for it to happen again. I fixed it by placing in a heavily fortified maximum security cell in the map, but perhaps getting sent there isn't all bad...)
