As a person that doesn't speak computer this process was utterly painful and slow. Nevertheless, I got the game to run smoothly.
Great guide, had to dig a little deeper into some steps due to my ignorance in this field. My only issue is that it doesn't track play time. It's a small, nickping issue, I know, but still would of been nice.

Also when trying different bits out I'd delte the fallout 3 file to reinitialise and choose different settings, I'm able to run on a good quality now full-screen. For some people windowed mode may have to be used though instead.
