On the first day, GabeN rose from his deep slumber, and looked upon the blank, gameless world.

He rose, and said:
"Let There Be Valve!"
And a building rose, with the glorious Valve logo imprinted on it, but, that was not enough.

On the second day, GabeN looked upon his glorious company, but, it was not enough.
"Let there be Half-Life, Team Fortress, Counter Strike, Left For Dead 2 and Portal!"
And the glorious game titles were created, and sold to millions.
Yet, it was still not enough.

On the ??? Day, GabeN woke up, furious.
Let there be no Three!!
And the ??? was erased from everyone's mind, and they can no longer remember it.

On the fourth day, GabeN proclaimed,
"Let there be Steam!"
And Steam was created, and overflowed with thousands of games, and millions of users.

On the fifth day, GabeN was happy.
He rose, and shouted,
"Let there be cosmetics, and crates for the people to mindlessly give me their money!"
And crates appeared in Counter Strike, and Team Fortress. Then, Team Fortress became imbued with the gifts of hats.
And GabeN was proud.

On the Sixth day of his creation, GabeN proudly stood up.
"First, let there be VAC!"
And VAC was created.
"Finally, let there be summer Steam Sales!"
And the summer Steam sales were created, and took everyone's money.
And GabeN was prouder.

GabeN's power wavered, and he sat down, tired.
He proceeded to rest, but not before having one final touch.
"Let there be paid mods!"
But, as soon as he rested, the paid mods were gone, and he never did it again.
