You're loving to play against expert AI with increased PopCap and other mods like All Units but you're tired of AI keeps spamming commander abilities like airstrikes or off-map artillery?
This is a Win Condition File Mod to get rid of it!

Description:
- Popcap increased to 250
- All commanders removed
- Upkeep reduced to 50%

Update #1 - 14.10.2015:
Decals won't be removed anymore.

Update #2 - 01.11.2015:
Upkeep reduced to 50%.

Played a few rounds last days and without any crash. I think you're the only one with that problem. Check if the problem is connected to any other mod you're using.

thanks I use custom skins a lot and they only look really nice with decal remover but your mod is one ive waited for a very long time so if you can fix it that would be awesome

I don't like the idea of increase the manpower income on this mod but I'm planning to reduce the manpower restrictions as your army grows. The decals seems to be connected to the commanders and will be also removed through this mod but I'll check that.

Custom decals are removed when starting a game and could you make a manpower increase for extended population?
