Description
You'll only need a few of these to take care of a town!

Cost: 15000 (normal 10000)
Student Capacity: 1000 (normal 300)
Range: 1500 (normal 500) (our bus drivers go further!)
Worker Capacity: 16 Uneducated (bus drivers, janitors), 30 Educated (teachers), 2 Well Educated (Principal, VP)
Consumes slightly more resources
Produces slightly more waste

Look for the Downtown Elementary School, which holds even more students!

Cost 10k -> 15k (x1.5)
Upkeep 160 -> 240 (x1.5)
Students 300 -> 1000 (x3.3)
Identical footprint.

I choose this one as a balance between efficiency and keeping to vanilla rules.
