Chinatown

Description
THE CLASSIC NEGOTIATION GAME RETURNS! New York in the 1960's. A new wave of Chinese immigrants is moving into Chinatown. The adoption of the new immigration act has launched the district in a demographic boom! It now reaches Canal Street to the north and Bowery Street to the east. The im­migrants, hard-working men and women, are arriving by the thousands to buy buildings, establish businesses and fulfill the American Dream!

In this game, you are one of them. With all your savings in hand, the Big Apple is up for grabs! Will you know how to use your talents and acquire the most extraordinary fortune in America?

The only thing I don't really like about the physical game is the money. I use the poker chips when I play with my friends, but the game money has been included for those that prefer it.

Would it be possible to make those tiles locked by default, or move them out of the way? It's quite easy to accidentally pick up them from beneath the board by mistake - I usually just unlock the board and move it out the way before starting, but it's a little tedious to do so :)

There's a half second load time when a new tile image is loaded into the game. It's very minor but people could guess what tile you drew if that load time happened when you drew from the bag. Having the tiles under the board forces the game to load all tile images at the start of the game. So no, those tiles don't belong in the bag.

Are there supposed to be extra tiles underneath the board at the start...? do those go into the bag of 90 or no?
