Report a translation problem
When you get a tank heavy enough to smash the wall on the side nearest base 1, troops can then freely get in and out of the building and walled area. (Curiously, a demolition charge won't destroy the wall.)
The munitions point keeps troops from going around one end of the building, and the clutter between the building and the wall keeps them from going around. The other buildings in that group of six may have similar problems; centering them and their accessories inside their walled areas may fix the problems.
