Report a translation problem
You can delete any tile in debug. Go into the cheat menu, activate "brush options", then right on the object you want to delete, select "delete tile", select the object to delete.
Be careful though, you have to click EXACTLY on the object you want to delete, and be careful about deleting the ground itself, that will leave an empty tile. If that happens you can copy and paste another tile using the brush tool as well, same way as deleting, only select "copy tile" instead of delete tile.
I can't build them, only an error message popping...
