Chinatown Parks
28 items
Description
This park designed for the annual lantern festival is also available to rent for private parties. Imagine how lovely it will be when night lighting is available!

This is the fourth in a series of parks I'm building using Chinatown assets. I know that Boformer, Soldyne, and others are working on a Chinatown theme for the Building Theme by District mod. The goal here is to create parks that will blend into a Chinatown neighborhood or any other neighborhood by using a limited number of Chinatown assets in each park. This is meant to keep the number of required items to a minimum as well.

Stats:
Cost = 150
Fire Tolerance = 20
Maintenance = 10
Low Wealth Tourists = 100
Med Wealth Tourists = 75
High Wealth Tourists = 50
Entertainment Accumulation = 100
Entertainment Radius = 500

Thanks to Tero, Shroomblaze, MrMaison, Soldyne and ryanjamesoflondon for their magnificent props.

Ah, I get it. That's a growable lot. There's a difference between something you can grow and something you can plop. Some buildings will have a growable and ploppable version if the author creates them, so you can look for a ploppable version. Otherwise, you have to get it to grow in the right zone type. The good news is that once it grows, you can get the building eyedropper mod to copy it and place it wherever you want, as long as where you place it is zoned correctly.

I mean workshops like this one , they show up randomly on residential areas, but is there a way you can manually put them into the residential areas?

Sleck, in the main menu, there is an option for Content Manager. The assets you download should show up there. Make sure they are enabled before you start a game. If you don't see the assets that you downloaded in the Content Manager, let me know. You might have a bigger problem that I've experienced before, and there are several possible solutions.

Haha, I didn't. Everything's good now! Sorry, still new to this game. Thanks!

Btw, do you know how to get modded buildings to show up? An actual building like a residence building. I subscribed to the workshop but I don't see it show up anywhere in the game toolbar(parks, monuments, roads, etc.).

@Sleck, did you get all the required items listed to the right? There are 7 items in the list, starting with FTP Stone Path. If you have subscribed to them, you'll see a check mark to the right of each item. If you haven't subscribed to them, that explains why you don't see them.

None of the tress and lanterns are showing up. Any idea why?

Else, cool mod.
