Small 2-level parking garage

Modifications Made:
  • Color variation was added. The color of the garage will vary slightly each time it's placed.
  • Some of the parking spaces were removed to allow room for additional props.
  • The size of the plot was expanded by one tile to allow room for additional props.
  • Priority changed so this asset will be correctly grouped together with the other assets in the collection. They can be found on your Parks toolbar.
  • The statistics were modified to be consistent with the other assets in the collection.

Props Required
Many of the props used with this asset are from the default library of props. However, I am also using props from the Common Props and Trees Collection and it is recommended that you subscribe to all the props in this collection. If you don't subscribe to this collection, it will still work, but there will be a few props/trees missing.

The Prop Probability Changer Mod by boformer was used. Each time the asset is placed, it will take on a new look depending on which props grow. The user does not need to install the Prop Probability Changer mod to make use of this feature.

Hi, just to let you know that a mod that i am using is identifing that a prop is missing from your asset. The mod is called LoadingScreenMod, and is missing the following prop: 464030485.ac_unit_Data. I have searched for the prop and checked that it was downloaded but i am not sure if it is the correct one. So not sure why it is reporting this but thought i would let you know so you can investigate. Thanks for a great asset. :)

It looks great and I would love to used it. But I think the construction cost is too high.
