This is a collection of good parking lots and parking garages. Yes, they work and cars will park at them. More cars will park at them if there is no street parking available near them.

These parking garages and parking lots have a few features that make them unique compared to many of the other parking lots on the Workshop.

- They have some cool extra props, such as manholes, no parking signs, security shacks, and directional arrows painted on the surface.
- They use realistic parking lot lights instead of the normal pole lights.
- They are listed under their own tab in the Public Transport toolbar and not mixed in with all your other parks.
- The parking lots can be mixed and matched to create parking lots of almost any size.
- They use consistent statistics. (Construction is $50/tile, Maintenance is $0.40/tile). All other statistics (tourists, sewage, water, entertainment, etc.) are 0. Yes, cars will still park there.

Most of the props are default. However, I am also pulling from a collection of frame-rate/memory friendly props and trees, which you can subscribe to using the link below. If you don't subscribe to this collection, it will still work, but there will be a few props missing.
