Monsters on specific maps will drop treasure maps. To begin treasure hunting, double-click it to receive a hint in the chat box. The hint tells us towards which direction the treasure is hidden and how far away from our current location it is.

Distance and direction...

• Farthest: The treasure is now somewhere far away to the <direction>
  
• Somewhat close: The treasure is now somewhere close by to the <direction>
  
• Closest: The treasure is now somewhere to the <direction>
  
• Directions = north, south, east or west
  *The direction is based off the map CTRL+M and not where we are currently looking

Continue clicking the map until reaching our destination, then, click it again to activate the message "Found treasure location! Want to investigate?"


Types of treasure chests
Some will appear in front of us and all we need to do is open it to claim rewards. While others will teleport us into an instance wherein we fight waves of enemies to summon a bigger chest. Note that if our teammates aren't with us before teleporting, it'll cancel the instance and the treasure location will reset.

Monsters will drop treasure maps only on the following maps...

Eversun North
- Monster level 1-13
- Treasure maps will drop after killing 50+ monsters

Eversun South
- Monster level 1-13
- Treasure maps will drop after killing 50+ monsters

Copperhorn Mountain
- Monster level 14-20
- Treasure maps will drop after killing 60+ monsters

Giantwood Forest
- Monster level 24-30
- Treasure maps will drop after killing 70+ monsters

Grassgreen Square
- Monster level 29-36
- Treasure maps will drop after killing 80+ monsters

Each chest usually contains between one to five items, plus drops from the waves of enemies if we got teleported into an instance. The instance have small bosses which will also drop quality materials and plenty of dreamstones.

• Random onyx stone -- [learn how to use them]
  
• Crafting materials ranging from regular to excell quality
  
• Transform pills, used to temporarily disguise ourself into a monster
  
• Equipable rings, gives us extra stats like defense, attack or max health
