Description
Industry Un/Loading area by field_COM. This is a park that has parking spaces placed to make it look like vehicles are Unloading/Loading industrial items. It has a total of 5 parking spaces.

Things I'm going to fix:

- doesn't terraform the ground so it looks wierd

- gives off too much land value
