Description
All thanks goes to 'Elliott' or 'Kitty0706' or whoever made the original 'Masked Rebel' models.

This NPC pack thing or whatever comes with a friendly and hostile version of the masked rebel.

The NPCs are located under the 'Masked Rebels' category in the NPC list in the spawn menu.

they spawn without weapons and the hostile is unfortunately a combine reskin

is this true hostile and freindly? the freindly rebels are normal rebels, and the hostiles arent just combine with a reskin?
