as some mods adds 1-way train tracks, we can just upgrade the diamond with the 1-way tracks.

I'd keep it. It looks nice and if anyone who downloads it would rather use the space for something else, they can always bulldoze the clover part.

Thats Probably it... Should I get rid of the loops or should I leave them for decoration?

They won't use the loops because the loops are redundant. Lets say my train is coming in from the bottom right of your picture. If it wants to go left, it can turn left at the first junction. It wants to go right, it can turn right at the first junction. It does look very nice, but sadly, not so practical.
