4x4 Leafy Picnic Park

This is a small, informal pocket park with picnic tables arranged under a shade tree and surrounded by lush plantings. It is intended to help you level-up and keep those suburban neighborhoods happy. Currently the only comparably sized asset in the parks menu is the small playground.

Stats should be in-line with other parks and favor low- and mid-wealth visitors. Enjoy!
