Hi all here is a smaller american styled simple house. I plan to make more of these kind of houses in the future.

Features:
low poly asset- 162 tris
custom made LOD -62 tris
-specular map
-house has a light source near the door
-LOD textures
-color variation

Agreed. You should add props. But stay away from old-growth big trees. They don't belong unless placed by the user.

Great house. I hope you don't mind, I added to your model a bit by adding over40 variable props that change each time the asset grows to add more variety. I of course gave you credit for the original design. If this is a problem, just let me know and I'll remove my version from the Workshop.

Nailed it! We are in such need of low income housing (for the game). I grew up in a neighborhood of these. Great look (accurate). Great low tri count. Greatjob!
