3 x 8 walkway park by niis-ku

A curved walkway with trees, flowers, benches, and a kiosk. Pretty and affordable. The only custom prop needed should be "violet flowers" (by ReticentDaikaiju) but it will look ok even without it. I have tested it in a game.

There is a custom thumbnail, so you can find this easily from the park menu.
