Water Conversion Facility

Description
Apparently, Aperture don't clean their water, making it poisonious to the touch. (similar to Very Fast Death Factor, aka Anatoxin-a)
So, they have now made a Water Conversion Facility, which can hold up to 1,000 cubic yards of the goo. (1.834 x 10 (to the power of negative 7) cubic miles.)

Now GLaDOS can make fresh water for everyone!
